Waterford Upper School Sports: Registration Information
REQUIREMENTS FOR SPORTS
MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE 1ST DAY OF PRACTICE
ATHLETE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
All athletes MUST register online with the UHSAA online registration system “Register My Athlete”. www.registermyathlete.com

All athletes MUST complete a Physical Form A each school year. This form must be completed and handed in to the Athletics Dept. or to your coach BEFORE athletes can participate in any way with a team.
If athletes have not fully completed their online registration with Register My Athlete, and do not have a physical completed and on file, they do not participate, it's that simple.www.registermyathlete.com is the website once again.
